We will replace your piece if you experience any defects in quality, receive a different design than what you ordered, or if it tarnishes or loses its color—no matter how long after ordering.

Shipping:

We strive to process all orders within 1-3 business days. Once it has shipped, the average delivery time is 5-12 business days.

For orders that involve personalization (letters, symbols, etc...), dispatch takes a bit longer as these items are made to order.

When your item is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Returns:

We have a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. We will issue a full refund— no worries! Please get in touch with us to send an item back, and we will assist you from there.
